I had a mixed experience at The Best Hotel Mumbai. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the airport, which made my arrival super convenient. On the downside, the building felt a bit rundown, and there were some cleanliness issues in the common areas. Overall, I found the value for money quite decent, especially given the comfy rooms and helpful staff.

The staff's attitude was rude and unprofessional, which really overshadowed my stay.
